Lindsay ‘Nay-Nay’ Westbrook is a 16-year-old Christian that becomes enamored by the sexy Shaun Taylor. The two strike up a relationship that is innocent with promising undertones despite the numerous obstacles that are stacked against their union. Shaun has a few skeletons in his closet, beginning with the fact that he’s 19, too old for Nay-Nay, and has already fathered a child with a mother that still wants him for her very own. His current occupation challenges her religious beliefs as well as her relationship with her mother. Lindsay and BFF Shyanne have been close since second grade, and she remains true to her friend in spite of the odds. Lindsay’s love for Shaun overshadows all reasons and her upbringing, and in turn, causes her to alienate herself from anyone or anything that is anti-Shaun. Shaun’s status in the drug games escalates as well as his ego.

His Woman, His Wife, His Widow by Janice Jones is a tale of young love, heartbreak, betrayal, disappointment, premarital sex, family feuds, friendships, and the ups and downs life entails. Ms. Jones paints a picture of an immature young lady making adult decisions and then suffering the consequences...all for the sake of love. The storyline is consistent as well as vivid in all aspects. There are some pretty touching scenes that proved to be very visual. His Woman, His Wife, His Widow proved to be unique with a distinct message of second chances.
