Stormie is the single mother of two that meets Raquan at a picnic, and their hook up resembles a relationship. The beginning of their courtship is strange in that she’s starving for some sexual healing, and he’s holding out in search of more depth in the relationship. Stormie’s friend, Isis, followed a man and is left in the cold until she crosses paths with Damien. Stormie’s sister, Bianca, has found a good mate in husband Keith who owns two Bail Bonds businesses and has no qualms about assuming the paternal role to her four children.
FiFi Cureton’s debut novel has a catchy title with engaging characters, yet it lacks structure. It reads like a rough draft that bypassed the editing process. Have You Ever had some interesting scenes but lacked excitable momentum. I encourage the author to apply more effort and concentration in future endeavors.
